End-to-end digital infrastructure for a co-working space operator. Customer-facing booking and e-commerce flow, internal admin panel for space and member management, and CRM layer for member relationships, billing, and communications.

A boutique co-working operator in central Istanbul came to us with a problem any growing co-working business eventually hits: their members were booking meeting rooms over WhatsApp, paying for day passes at the front desk, and the operator had no clean way to see who was using what, when, or what it was worth.
The space served a mix of individual freelancers, small teams on month-to-month contracts, and corporate clients who needed reservations days in advance. Every customer type had different billing rules, different access permissions, and different expectations.
They wanted a single platform that could handle all of it — booking, billing, access, and reporting — without forcing them to change how their members already liked to work.
Demo recreation with sample data — client details confidential
Self-service flow for members to browse, book and pay
Space and member management for the operations team
Relationships, billing and communications in one stack
Members had no self-service booking — every reservation routed through the front desk
The member lifecycle was scattered across spreadsheets, email threads and ad-hoc tools
Reservations were manually tracked, leading to double-bookings and lost revenue
Laravel + Filament gave us the speed to model every booking type, membership tier, and billing rule without a heavy custom UI build. Filament's policy model also let us implement the access control between operators, members, and corporate-account managers without writing it from scratch.
Stripe handles all payments — one-off bookings, recurring memberships, corporate invoicing — with a thin layer on top that turns each payment into the right kind of credit, reservation, or invoice line item. Calendar sync (both Google and Outlook) was non-negotiable because members already lived in their existing calendars.
The most useful architectural choice was treating bookings as the source of truth and billing as a derived view, rather than the other way around. That made retrospective adjustments — a refund, a comp, a corporate override — straightforward instead of painful.
