Rankith is a small but ambitious SEO and growth agency that came to us when their internal toolkit had outgrown the usual stack of Notion docs, Google Sheets, and bookmarked dashboards. They were managing client engagements, content calendars, and reporting across a dozen accounts — and the cost of context-switching was eating their margin.
They wanted a platform that did three things well: showed each client's work transparently, let the team plan content without leaving the tool, and presented as a real public-facing brand to prospects.

Laravel + Filament for the operational core — clients, projects, content briefs, deliverables — and Statamic for the marketing site so the agency could showcase their work and update case studies without engineering involvement. Both halves share the same Laravel backend, which means a new client signing up on the marketing site lands directly in the operational system.
Tailwind handles the design language consistently across both halves. We deliberately avoided building anything that the team wouldn't realistically use — every Filament resource maps to a real workflow they were already doing manually.
