AnyVisa is a Turkey-based visa consultancy that has guided thousands of applicants through some of the world's most complex visa journeys — from Schengen and UK study visas to long-term residency programs. The firm built its reputation on trust, deep regulatory knowledge, and a hands-on relationship with each client.
What they didn't build, and what was eventually slowing them down, was infrastructure. Lead intake lived inside personal inboxes and WhatsApp threads. Fees were quoted in three currencies on the fly. Case status was something a consultant remembered, not something a system tracked. As volume grew, that informal model started to crack.
They came to us looking for a partner who could think about their business holistically — not just build a CRM, but rebuild how the whole consultancy operates online. Three years later, we're still the team behind the platform that powers their day-to-day.
We chose Laravel and Filament as the backbone because the AnyVisa team needed a admin experience that was as deep as their own knowledge of the visa process — every case has dozens of fields, statuses, documents, and conditional flows, and Filament let us model that without fighting the UI.
On the front-end, the marketing site runs on a separate Vue + Alpine layer so consultants and the marketing team can iterate independently. We layered OpenAI on top for lead-scoring and document classification — not as a gimmick, but to remove the most repetitive parts of the consultant's day. Stripe and a custom multi-currency engine handle the billing complexity that comes with serving applicants from 30+ countries.
Most importantly, we built it to evolve. Three years in, the platform has been rewritten in pieces twice — and that incremental architecture is precisely why the business hasn't had to slow down to upgrade.
