VISA CONSULTANCY New

End-to-End Visa Platform with Multi-language CMS

End-to-end visa platform with multi-language CMS-driven landing site and integrated application management system. Content team independence with full editorial control over multiple languages.

Client: OlaVisa | Turkey

The Client

OlaVisa is a multi-language visa information and lead-generation site targeting applicants from across Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. The business runs on inbound — the better the content, the more leads convert into paid consultations.

When OlaVisa came to us, the existing site had four language editions stitched together with plugins, no shared content model, and a translation workflow that meant the English page and the Spanish page were almost never saying the same thing on the same day. SEO suffered, and so did the editorial team's morale.

They wanted a content engine first, a website second.

The Challenge

Content updates required developer involvement, blocking the marketing team's velocity

Multi-language management was manual and inconsistent across the site

Application data and the marketing site were disconnected, creating duplicated effort

The Approach

Statamic CMS was the obvious foundation. Its localization model lets us define each piece of content once and translate it cleanly per locale, with a UI the editorial team picked up in an afternoon. The flat-file structure also means content review can happen via Git diffs, which is what their content lead actually wanted.

We built a thin Laravel layer for the dynamic pieces — quote requests, lead capture, email notifications — and kept the public site server-rendered and fast. Tailwind with Alpine for interactivity gave the front-end team enough flexibility without dragging in a heavy framework.

The most consequential decision was treating language as a first-class part of the URL structure and the editorial workflow, rather than a plugin. That's what unlocked the SEO gains.
