RotaVisa is a visa consultancy targeting Turkish and Central Asian applicants, with a specific focus on Schengen and skilled-worker programs in Europe. The team is small but the volume is significant — and the marketing side of the business moves quickly, with new landing pages, country guides, and offers going live every week.
Before our involvement, the marketing site lived on a fragile WordPress install and the case-tracking workflow was a spreadsheet. Each side of the business slowed the other down: marketing couldn't ship pages without breaking something, and consultants couldn't trust the spreadsheet enough to run their day from it.
They came to us looking for the same kind of platform we'd built for AnyVisa, but tuned to their team and their pace.

We split the system into two cleanly separated halves — a Statamic CMS-driven marketing site that the content team can edit directly, and a Laravel + Filament admin panel where consultants run cases. Both halves share the same Laravel backend, which is what makes lead routing from a landing page to a consultant feel instant.
Statamic was the right choice for the marketing layer because the content team was happy in flat-file editing once we showed them the workflow — no database migrations, no fear of breaking production, every page change is just a Git commit.
On the admin side, Filament let us model the case lifecycle end-to-end in days rather than weeks. The application-tracking flows, document checklists, and consultant-to-client messaging were all built directly on Filament's Livewire foundations, which means iteration is cheap.
